Receptionist (2-3 per shift) – Answers phone, greets guests, checks-in clients and ensures they live in CCF Service Area and have the necessary paperwork with them. Requires tolerance, patience, and a friendly voice.  Multitasking is necessary as well as the ability to keep calm under pressure. Thorough knowledge of our required paperwork and available community resources are a must.

Interviewer (2-3 per shift M,W,F) – Meets one-on-one with clients to discuss current/past situation that requires assistance to determining what services are needed.  Requires the ability to “question” clients without demoralizing them.  Seeks viable information that will assist staff in making decisions regarding CCF assistance.  Provides as much information about our services as possible and, when necessary, gives additional available external resources.
Shopper’s Choice Pantry (1-2 per shift M,W,F) – Works with clients to help them select from available items in our self-shop pantry.  Will then checkout clients to verify items selected match quantities based upon family size. In between shoppers, may also need to tidy and/or restock pantry as needed.
Driver (2-4 on AM shift M,W,F) – Picks up donation items from local businesses. Must have confidence in driving CCF box truck and cargo van. Requires ability to move, lift and unload a variety of items.
Warehouse (6-8 per shift) – Works with pantry manager to prepare food distributions and keep the pantry stocked.  Helps unload donations and sorting.  Requires ability to move, lift, and unload a variety of items.
