How We Make a Difference

Fresh, Nutritious Food

No one should have to worry about whether there's food in the house. CCF's food programs offer several different ways to access groceries, including fresh foods, for you and your family.

Crisis Intervention

When unexpected expenses threaten housing stability, our emergency assistance provides critical support for utilities and rent, helping families stay in their homes during difficult times.

Kids Programs

From the Book & Snack Mobile to Food4Kids Backpacks and Back to School Bash, we ensure children have the nutrition and resources they need to thrive academically and physically.

Grow Together Model

Our Community Garden demonstrates our commitment to holistic wellness, teaching sustainable food production while providing fresh, locally-grown produce. Volunteers and clients work side-by-side, building community while growing nutritious food.

The Need is Growing

Nearly 40% of the individuals who walked through our doors in 2025 had never come to us before. These are working families, senior citizens on fixed incomes, and multi-generational households where a single missed paycheck or unexpected medical bill can trigger a crisis.
