We know that a past-due bill can feel like a crisis. CCF offers emergency financial assistance for rent and utility payments to residents of Eastern Creek County.
Utilities
Utility Assistance
CCF can help with past-due or immediately due utility bills. We send payment pledges directly to your utility company.
Program Details
- Up to $100 per household per 12 months
- Payment sent directly to utility company
- Processing time: 1 to 3 business days
Eligibility Requirements
- Must live in CCF's service area
- Bill must be in your name (or a current household member's name)
- Bill must be past due OR due within the next 48 hours
- Must submit a full, complete monthly billing statement
We cannot help with deposits or balances from a previous address.
Rent
Rent Assistance
CCF can help with past-due or immediately due rent payments. Payments go directly to your landlord or property owner.
Program Details
- Up to $250 per household per 12 months
- Payment sent directly to landlord
Required Documents
- Photo ID
- Monthly statement or late bill
- Lease agreement
- Property Owner Form W-9
Eligibility Requirements
- Must live in CCF's service area
- Lease must be in your name (or a current household member's name)
- Rent must be past due OR due within the next 48 hours
We cannot help with mortgage payments, lease-to-own, or rent-to-own arrangements.
Service Area
Financial assistance is available to residents of Sapulpa, Kellyville, Kiefer, and Eastern Creek County (including residents with Tulsa, Mounds, or Oakhurst addresses).
