We know that a past-due bill can feel like a crisis. CCF offers emergency financial assistance for rent and utility payments to residents of Sapulpa and Eastern Creek County.

Utility Assistance
CCF offers help to qualifying applicants with past-due or immediately due utility bills. We send payments go directly to your utility company.
Program Details
- Up to $100 per household per 12 months
- Payment sent directly to utility company
Requirements
- Must live in CCF's service area
- Photo ID
- Bill must be in your name (or a current household member's name)
- Bill must be past due OR due within the next 48 hours
- Must submit a full, complete monthly billing statement
We cannot help with deposits or balances from a previous address.
Rent
Rent Assistance
CCF offers help to qualifying applicants with past-due or immediately due rent payments. Payments go directly to the property owner.
Program Details
- Up to $250 per household per 12 months
- Payment sent directly to landlord
Requirements
- Must live in CCF's service area
- Photo ID
- Lease agreement
- Lease must be in your name (or a current household member's name)
- Rent statement or late rent notice
- Rent must be past due or due within the next 48 hours
- Property Owner Form W-9
We cannot help with mortgage payments, lease-to-own, or rent-to-own arrangements.
