What to Bring
For most programs, you will need:
- Photo ID (driver's license, state ID, passport, CDIB card, veteran's ID, or similar)
- Proof of residence (utility bill, lease, or official mail at your current address)
For financial assistance (rent or utilities), you will also need:
- A complete monthly billing statement or late notice (for utilities)
- Lease agreement and landlord's W-9 (for rent)
You must be at least 18 years old to apply for assistance.
