What to Bring

For most programs, you will need:

Photo ID (driver's license, state ID, passport, CDIB card, veteran's ID, or similar)
Proof of residence (utility bill, lease, or official mail at your current address)

For financial assistance (rent or utilities), you will also need:

A complete monthly billing statement or late notice (for utilities)
Lease agreement and landlord's W-9 (for rent)

You must be at least 18 years old to apply for assistance.
