Free Food, Every Week and Every Month

No one should have to worry about whether there's food in the house. CCF's food programs offer two ways to access free groceries for you and your family.

Our Food Programs

Caring Community Friends strives to offer consitent, highly accessible, low-barrior access to food. Food Programs include a Choice Pantry (by appointment), Fresh Pass (walk-in), and a Community Garden. Food programs are supported by the community, for the community. Key food partners include community food drives, Feeding America & The Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma. Charitible donations, grants, and fundraisers allow us to purchase food, as needed to keep the shelves stocked. Feeding America's Retail Relief program and  independent partnerships allow our volunteers to rescue food that would otherwise go to waste. Local stores that donate to Caring Community Friends: Walmart (Sapulpa), Reasors (Sapulpa), Little Caesars Pizza (Main), Maverik (Sapulpa), Maverik (Jenks), Walmart Neighborhood Market (Jenks), Dollar General (Alt 75), Dollar General (Main St.), Dollar General (9th St.), Dollar General (Dewey), McDonalds (Sapulpa), and Amazon (TUL2). Through the generosity of our community, we are able to share food abundantly with our neighbors in need.

Food Programs are available on Monday / Wednesday / Thursday / Friday

  • Phone lines open at 9AM for Choice Pantry Appointments
  • Fresh Pass is open 10AM-4PM
  • Community Garden is open daily (year-round) to volunteer and visitors.
  • Closed on Tuesdays
  • Closed for extreme weather and Federal Holidays
  • Closed the last week of the year for End of Year Inventory

Photo ID & Proof of Address or FRESH PASS CARD required for every visit

  • FRESH PASS cards are available upon request.

1 Food Visit per WEEK

  • Guests may not visit the Choice Pantry and Fresh Pass in the same week

1 Food Visit per ADDRESS

  • Multiple families, multi-generations, households, living at the same address are limited to a single visit

Choice Pantry

The Choice Pantry offers a variety of fresh and shelf-stable food, as well as, essential non-food, household items. We offer a dignified, welcoming experience to help meet basic needs.

How It Works

  • Must live in Service Area
  • Choice Pantry is available, by appointment.
  • Call 918-224-6464 to schedule.
  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
  • Same-Day appointments only.(Do not pre-set)
  • Phone lines open at 9:00 a.m.
  • One visit per month (30 days)

Weekly

Fresh Pass

Fresh Pass gives you weekly access to fresh produce, dairy, and pantry staples. Self-Serve. No appointment needed.

How It Works

  • Must live in Service Area
  • Check-in at the Front Desk
  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday,  Friday
  • Open 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Walk-ins welcome. No appointment required
  • Limit One Food Visit Per Week (May not do Fresh Pass & Choice Pantry in the same week)
  • Free to all qualifying residents

Required Documents

  • Photo ID
  • Proof of address in our service area (current utility bill, lease agreement, or official mail at your current address)

You must be at least 18 years old to apply for assistance on behalf of a household.
